You're a millennial woman who’s feeling under-confident and overwhelmed in life.

You’re feeling unworthy and a constant voice in your head keeps repeating “you’re not good enough”. You’re stuck in a loop of doubt and anxiety that’s sucking the joy out of your life. You want to get it together but don’t know where to start. If this sounds like you, I want to reassure you that you’ve come to the right place.

Whether you simply need to feel heard, or you’re ready to jump right into goal-setting, either way, I’m here to help you make the positive changes that you’re looking for. My role is to support you to bring out your confidence, find a clear sense of direction and help you create a life that feels more fulfilled, balanced and meaningful. You’re so worth it!

Therapy with me is judgement-free and transformative. I’ll support and guide you, offer an honest and helpful perspective, and together we’ll celebrate your wins! I’m looking forward to speaking with you!
